The main force behind Real Food Beauty is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. Whether you’re seeking help with weight loss, fitness nutrition, or disease prevention, each client is individually evaluated by a Certified Nutritionist and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan they can follow for the rest of their lives.

I have had the privilege to be guided by Oriana through Real Food Beauty on two very different journeys. I am a mother of a 3 year old, a wife, and I work full time. My first journey with Real Food Beauty was a 2 Week long Reset. When I reached out to Oriana, I was in desperate need of a change. Oriana asked me what specific goals I wanted to accomplish and my ultimate goal was to lose weight and just simply feel good! Oriana asked me very specific questions regarding my life style and what a typical meal looked like for me. From there, she provided me with a detailed list of what to eat and of course what was needed to be avoided in order for this reset to really make a difference. This reset really taught me how to look differently at my meals. I made sure to follow her guidelines on each meal and after a few days began to be creative with my meals. Not only did she send me What to eat and avoid, very couple of days she would check in with me and ask how I was feeling. She would then, base on how I was feeling, send me HIIT sequences to work on. Now since I’m a mama and I work full time I did not have much time to work out. But these sequences were at the most 15mins long and I found a way to either include my daughter in them or do the sequences wherever she was playing at the time. At the end of the two weeks, I found it SO much easier to make better choices as to what to eat, I lost 5lbs, my stomach was flatter and I lost several inches around my waist, I slept better, and most importantly felt GREAT!
My second journey was a detox! After the holidays I found that I ate WAY too much sugar and too much rich food that my body was in need of a detox. I again, reached out to Oriana. She provided me with a 5 day meal plan. Let me tell you, I was skeptical at the beginning because I fear being hungry, but let me tell you, this detox that Oriana provided to me with nothing but fulfilling!! The meals were flavorful, filling, and oh so yummy.

This review is LONG overdue. I reached out to Oriana in late July, or early August 2017, to make a lifestyle change. I am in my early 40s and my doctor directed me to take better care of myself. I was admittedly a bit overweight at 170 pounds and only 5 feet 3 inches tall. My diet at the time was quite careless, and seemingly inconsequential. Turns out, my cholesterol was getting high and my liver wasn’t operating at its best. I told Oriana “Coach” about my concerns and she guided me towards much healthier choices. We discussed my goals and well-being prior to her providing detailed recipes and workout plans. At first, I was a bit apprehensive, in that I love McRibs, bacon, red meat, fast food, wine, beer, etc., but it turned out I didn’t have to give up much. Everything in moderation, right? What I got out of my experience with my Coach was…Making conscious decisions about what you put in your body can absolutely affect your life!
My results were impressive to me. I went from 170 pounds to 149 over the course of 2 months, and have been able to basically maintain it. I went from spending tons of cash eating out to preparing my meals. Let it be known that I am a disaster in the kitchen. My Coach provided me with idiot proof recipes that were both fulfilling and DELICIOUS. I started working out again. Also, I had to buy a few new belts:)
The quantitative results are nice, but the qualitative results feel better. Eating healthy, and being conscious of my body, makes me feel great! In all honesty, I probably could work out more and drink less, but the tools I was provided by my Coach have helped me immensely. For the record, my doctor no longer has any concerns.
My Coach changed my life, but at the end of the day, it is up to you to keep it all going…

It is truly hard to sum up what Oriana has done for me and how grateful I am for her.
Being a professional in the health and wellness industry, I was guilty of focusing so much of my time and energy on others, that I forgot to take care of myself, to the point of almost complete breakdown... recalling words of wisdom Oriana shares on my Health and Wellness Retreats, I reached out to her for help.
